With the right care, your candles will burn cleaner and your trays will last longer — preserving the craftsmanship and meaning behind each creation.
Treat your candle well for an even, long-lasting burn.
Trim the wick
Keep the wick at ¼ inch before each burn to minimise soot and ensure a steady flame.
Allow a full melt pool
On the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges. This prevents tunnelling and gives you maximum burn time.
Burn safely
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Keep candles away from children, pets, and drafts.
Never leave a lit candle unattended.
Extinguish correctly
Use a candle snuffer or gently dip the wick into melted wax and straighten it — this keeps smoke to a minimum.
Store with care
Place your candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to preserve colour and fragrance.
