All candles and trays are handcrafted in small batches. Production takes 3–5 days, after which your order is shipped via courier. If your order is urgent, you’re welcome to enquire about what we currently have in stock.
Yes! All our products are made in Cape Town, and we ship anywhere in South Africa via courier. Studio collection is free — please arrange a collection time via email or WhatsApp.
Our candles are scented using locally sourced, eco-friendly fragrances that offer a smooth, long-lasting scent release.
We use a soy + paraffin blend. The soy wax is natural and eco-friendly, while the paraffin ensures stronger colour, better fragrance throw, and stability in warmer weather. Together, they offer a longer, more beautiful burn.
Absolutely! We offer a Re-fill Policy — simply return your empty vessel and we’ll refill it for half the original price. You can choose a new fragrance each time. Please ensure your vessel is cleaned, well-wrapped, and labelled with your details
Wipe gently with a soft cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals, long exposure to liquids, or dropping the tray — cement can chip. Small hairline marks are natural and add to the tray’s character.

If something arrives broken, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll gladly assist with a replacement.
