Our refill service is designed to help you save, reduce waste, and continue enjoying your favourite candle scents.
Return Your Empty Vessel:
Bring or courier your empty glass or moulded candle vessel to us. It must be clean and free of leftover wax.
Choose Your Scent & Colour:
Select from our full fragrance and colour menu. Custom blends are also available on request.
Refill Timeframe:
Standard refills take 5–7 working days depending on the size and fragrance.
Cost:
Refill pricing is more affordable than purchasing a new candle and is calculated based on size and fragrance.
Collection or Delivery:
Once refilled, you can collect your candle or have it shipped back to you.
We only refill vessels that are in good condition (no cracks or damage).
If the vessel is unsuitable for refilling, we will notify you before proceeding.
For hygiene and quality reasons, outside wax or fragrance products cannot be used.
All candles are hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail. Variations in color or texture are normal and part of the artisanal process.

Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn.
Allow the candle to burn long enough for the top layer to fully melt—this prevents tunneling.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep away from drafts, pets, and flammable items.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
